Teams Make sure you are getting you log into you Group coaches early this week so they can tweak anything that may not be @ the right level.... If you are having trouble with figuring out how much you should be eating and in what percentages it should be evident and something your coach can fix quickly. Again I plead with you to be completely honest with your coach, them tweaking your diet with incomplete data could be detrimental to your goal.... I wish all of you the best of luck and remember when you fall there is only one thing you can do .. get back up!!! Keep up the good work!! When you do want to stray just go to this webpage... hopefully it will have the same affect on you as it does on me .. the last thing I want to do is eat!! The name of the site is not exactly politically correct but the site itself does its job....
